Introducing Sarah Bostock, our new Family Lawyer

We are very pleased to have recently welcomed Sarah Bostock to our team of experienced Consultant Solicitors at nexa law.

Sarah is a consultant family law solicitor who qualified in 2007, she has years of experience dealing with all aspects of private law family work relating to both finances and children. She is based in London and Surrey but assists clients throughout the UK and abroad. She has an amicable approach in the first instance, fighting only the most relevant battles to bring matters to a swift and cost-effective conclusion. She is praised for her calm and considerate approach, tailoring a resolution to her client’s needs and desires.

Sarah regularly advising on cases involving:

• Complex financial arrangements with particular expertise in divorces involving business and trust assets
• International elements including international relocation, cross border disputes and jurisdictional races
• Pre and Post nuptial agreements
• Issues concerning the arrangements for children, in particular cases involving high conflict or parental alienation, financial provision for children (often where parents are not married) and relocation of children nationally.

Away from work, Sarah is passionate about her family and her rescue dog Pippa. She enjoys most sports, but particularly skiing and tag rugby. She loves live music and finding unique ways of raising money for charity.
