Cathy is an expert in ESG and advises SMEs, including professional services businesses, on ‘walking the talk’ with ESG and helps her clients develop, and implement, sustainable strategies into their business plans and culture.
Background
Prior to returning to the UK and consulting, Cathy had senior roles over a 20 year career across multiple product and sales functions within capital markets and asset management in Europe and Asia. For 13 years, she was with BlackRock, one of the world’s leading investment firms, and Barclays Global Investors (that was acquired by BlackRock). Cathy led iShares in Asia for BlackRock between 2007 and 2012 and also worked for Morgan Stanley, SBC Warburg and Standard Chartered.
Cathy most recently acquired UK legal graduate (LLB) and post graduate (LLM) qualifications through self study to complement her financial background.
She is a bi-cultural and bi-lingual Singaporean who has lived and worked in Singapore, HK and the UK.
