Belquis (better known as Belle) qualified as a solicitor in 2017 into commercial property, where she advised clients and handled transactions, from start to finish, on their new leases and lease assignments for restaurants, shops, cafes, estate agents, vet clinic to name a few.  Subsequently, her specialism expanded into mergers and acquisitions, focusing particularly on sales and purchases of franchised businesses.

Belle’s calm, pragmatic and open approach creates a sense of working together to solve obstacles. She helps her clients focus on their main objective, applying realism to the risks clients face during negotiations.
