Kim qualified as a solicitor in 2010, specialising in litigation. She has over 14 years’ experience in general debt recovery, working for clients such as the banks and top ten debt purchasers. Her role within nexa law is Development Manager and Consultant Solicitor.
Kim is firmly based in the Shropshire area having moved up from Surrey / Hampshire after she qualified in 2010. Kim has however been doing debt recovery work since 2004 when she joined the Asset Finance Team at Shoosmiths, Northampton. Since her role there she advised and represented a huge variety of clients from consumers and sole traders to the banks and top ten debt purchasers in the UK. In the last few years she has specialised in Ground Rent and Service Charge debt recovery and has a fair amount of experience in dealing with the property tribunals.
Kim really enjoys advising on the credit control processes and reviewing documents as a means of helping people and companies reduce the debt owing to them as much as she does like seeing a case through to conclusion.

During her spare time, Kim can be found in the mountains either rock or ice climbing.
