We are pleased to have recently welcomed Mark Coupe to our team of experienced Consultant Lawyers at nexa law.

Mark was previously the managing partner in a boutique law firm specialising in all aspects of lease extension and enfranchisement work.

Dealing in plain English, Mark is a highly pragmatic lawyer with a strong focus on achieving what the client wants with the minimum of fuss and cost.

Mark is long-standing member of ALEP (the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners) which is a trade body for solicitors who specialise in lease-extension and enfranchisement work.
