Welcoming Rothoulla Fiakka to our team at nexa law

We are very pleased to welcome Rothoulla Fiakka to our team of experienced Consultant Solicitors at nexa law.

Rothoulla qualified as a solicitor in 1998. She previously worked in a niche property practice in North London for 9 years where she was made Partner and Head of the Property Litigation department. She left this post to found her own practice, which she ran for over 10 years.

Rothoulla has a wealth of experience in both contentious and non-contentious property matters although the major portion of her practice now involves the eviction of Assured Shorthold and Assured Tenants, Regulated Tenants and Licensees. She also has extensive knowledge of dealing with lease extensions.

She is honest, efficient and trustworthy.
