Having been based in London, Adrian has considerable experience working on the transactions involving leasehold flats. Conversely, Adrian has also acted for clients buying and selling large freehold houses and also, sprawling Country Estates.
Adrian has a diverse client base which means he acts for first time buyers, the more “traditional” buyers, investment buyers and developers – whether they be developing country plots to then build and sell on, to small scale developments and conversions of flats in Central London.
