She qualified in early 2016 and over the years has developed a wealth of experience advising investors, corporations, developers and public bodies. Acted on a development programme (in conjunction with Greater London Authority) to unlock and dispose of infill sites across the capital for development, work included preparing development agreements and undertaking due diligence and site assembly.
Acted on an asset disposal programme dealing with transactions valued between £2 and 80 million. The sites included warehouses and estates subject to leases (often negotiating the terms of a new lease in anticipation where renewal fell due).
Acted on a complex lease renewal of a roof site for telecommunications apparatus. The nature of the site meant the terms of the new lease were contentious and the matter was referred to the Tribunal alongside negotiations. Achievements included strategic management of the Tribunal case to ensure a strong negotiating position and to obtain a positive outcome for clients on their key objectives.
