Jenni is a highly experienced employment lawyer who enjoys building long term relationships with clients and becoming their go-to person when people management or employment law challenges arise. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and has been a practising executive coach since 2015.

Throughout her career, Jenni has enjoyed working both nationally and globally for Corporate clients and Senior level executives. Such a varied experience representing both employers and employees has given Jenni a unique perspective on HR and People management challenges that her clients seek support with.
Jenni’s diligent and pragmatic approach ensures that she always strives to achieve the best outcome by working with clients to find a solution to their issue rather than simply relying on what the law says. Jenni enjoys finding creative ways to interpret the law and utilises her coaching skills and experience to support clients on day to day people management challenges. Jenni firmly believes that supporting clients to achieve an inclusive culture and transparent people management process benefits clients, not only in respect of reduced management issues, but also supports the client’s business growth in the longer term.

Jenni has interests reaching from sailing to jewellery design (and has her own jewellery design hobby business). Jenni is mum to two children and above everything else she just simply loves spending time with her family (and their clumberdoodle Marvin) and you’ll often find her and her family messing around on and in the water in and around her hometown in Falmouth.
