Tabriz joined Nexa Law in July 2023 as a Consultant Solicitor based at our London office.
Having obtained a 2(1) Law degree Tabriz then moved on to complete his Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Leeds. Tabriz completed his training contract with a regional commercial firm in Leeds where he gained valuable experience in both property and litigation practice areas alongside highly regarded Legal 500 ranked Partners. On qualification, Tabriz moved to Needle Partners an international law firm in Leeds where he developed his skills in their litigation, commercial and property departments assisting partners in their respective practice areas.
Tabriz has gained experience in dealing with a wide range of commercial property and business transactions ranging from sales, purchases, lease transactions, asset management work, sale of businesses including asset purchase agreements and share purchase transactions. Tabriz was promoted to Associate Solicitor in April 2015 and continued to develop his commercial property experience with highly regarded Partners where he was involved in substantial transactions ranging from the transfer of a medical centre for £3.75 million to acting for purchasers of a farmhouse with adjoining land, again for a substantial value.
Tabriz has also acted for developers in site set-up of development land and again on the onward sale of each property and more recently acting for a landowner in securing an option agreement to a developer at a value of £2.1 million. Tabriz’s experience also extends to acting for both sellers and buyers of high value residential property.
Tabriz has also gained an MBA from the University of Bradford in 2017, which is highly ranked by the Financial Times.
In his spare time, Tabriz enjoys keeping fit, watching sport and listening to music and, whenever the opportunity arises, likes travelling to destinations abroad.
