Residential Purchase – Price List
Overview
Our fees aim to cover all the work required to complete the purchase of your new home. Our fee assumes that this is a standard transaction and that no unforeseen circumstances arise such as defect in title which requires remedying prior to completion. The transaction is completed in a timely manner without unreasonable delay and no indemnity insurances are required. Please note the list of disbursements is not exhaustive depending on the circumstances involved.
