Residential Remortgage – Price List
Overview
Our fees aim to cover all the work required to complete the mortgage of the property including undertaking the appropriate searches, subject to the lenders requirements. In some circumstances search insurance can be used instead of carrying out the normal searches. Depending on the type and circumstances of the remortgage different disbursements will be involved, please not the list below is not exhaustive.

£40.00 plus VAT at 20%. Depending on how many existing mortgages are already registered against the property, you will need to allow for a CHAPS fee for each mortgage redemption, plus allow for the net balance monies to be transferred to you. |
