Robert Camp is an entrepreneurial Partner of award-winning law firm, Stephens Scown. Until May 2019, Robert was Managing Partner of Stephens Scown for over 8 years and then stepped down to take up the new role of Director of Strategic Innovation.

Being a visionary leader of a traditional professional services firm has been challenging but Robert’s infectious enthusiasm and clear vision has ensured change in the Firm’s culture and brand has happened over a relatively short period of time. Robert’s new role focuses on the customer experience looking outside the legal sector and embracing new and exciting ways of delivering traditional legal services. Alex Mackie:

As Commercial Director Alex works closely with the leadership team at Tozers LLP to consider and implement future strategy and elements of daily operations. He is tasked with leading the firm's business development activities, co-ordinating teams and individual team members to ensure the firm's profile is in the public domain, whilst also making sure the firm are supporting their existing clients to the best of its abilities. Alex also oversees the Marketing team and is therefore involved with considering how the firm engages its local communities, and external suppliers.
