Robert Camp is an entrepreneurial Partner of award-winning law firm, Stephens Scown. Until May 2019, Robert was Managing Partner of Stephens Scown for over 8 years and then stepped down to take up the new role of Director of Strategic Innovation.
Being a visionary leader of a traditional professional services firm has been challenging but Robert’s infectious enthusiasm and clear vision has ensured change in the Firm’s culture and brand has happened over a relatively short period of time. Robert’s new role focuses on the customer experience looking outside the legal sector and embracing new and exciting ways of delivering traditional legal services. He also mentors and coaches individuals both within the Firm and externally.
As Commercial Director Alex works closely with the leadership team at Tozers LLP to consider and implement future strategy and elements of daily operations. He is tasked with leading the firm's business development activities, co-ordinating teams and individual team members to ensure the firm's profile is in the public domain, whilst also making sure the firm are supporting their existing clients to the best of its abilities. Alex also oversees the Marketing team and is therefore involved with considering how the firm engages its local communities, and external suppliers. Alex has worked for Tozers since January 2019, bringing 12 years finance industry experience to the legal sector having worked mainly in Client Services, Operations and Business Development.
Kate Barton is Managing Partner at Boyce Hatton solicitors, based in Torbay and the south Hams. With over 20 years experience of family law Kate knows a lot about people, communication and what makes people tick. Kate's proactive, pragmatic and flexible approach to Law Firm Management has helped steer the business through this unprecedented time and is now looking to the future.
Kevin’s ‘Why’ is to help inspire a movement towards truly ‘people centred’ companies and building great leaders. Kevin describes himself as ‘hard wired to help people’.
Kevin has worked in senior HR leadership roles in a diverse range of organisations including high growth SMEs, large corporates, and the public sector. A CIPD qualified professional with over 20 years of experience building HR capability within business, Kevin thrives on the challenge of cultivating workplace cultures that live and breathe high performance.
Viv Williams is a leading consultant to law firms on the topics of strategy, management, practice, development and marketing. Viv is currently non-executive director/Chairman of AWH Solicitors, a private equity backed consolidator of personal injury firms, Consulting Director of Symphony Legal, Director of Ampersand, a law firm merger business that has experience of merging over 150 law firms.
Viv’s experience as a Managing Director of two floated plc companies adds a new dimension to law firms. He has the experience necessary to provide an invaluable practical management insight that applies to all professional firms. He is a specialist in strategy, merger and acquisition and “lean management” theory helping law firms to evolve. He provides the vision and inspiration for law firms to become more corporate. By applying corporate governance to a modern law firm Viv helps them to improve their management systems and increase profitability.
Viv has written two books on law firm management and is regularly interviewed by the Law Society Gazette on a host of topics; he had a monthly column in the Solicitors Journal. Viv is an accomplished public speaker and has presented numerous seminars and conferences.
Rhian is a highly experienced and award-winning Customer Experience Specialist with over 26 years of working in the customer experience industry across many consumer sectors, coaching and mentoring businesses to understand their customers through industry-leading customer insight.
Rhian's has a huge passion for inspiring and helping the businesses he partners with, to deliver a memorable and heartfelt experience for their customers and in-turn improve profitability. Rhian also believes there can be no compromise on the quality of the customer experience. Rhian works with a number of law firm across the South West helping them focus on the key touchpoints within the client journey, ensuring an excellent experience is delivered throughout the life of a matter and beyond!

Most recently, Rachael ran a team of 60 sales staff, achieved a revenue budget of £97million and played a significant role during the year Auto Trader went through IPO and became a Plc.
