Nexa is delighted to welcome to the platform new Consultant Solicitor Martin Wilson.

Specialising in Commercial Property, Martin has worked at a number of regional and national law firms, and client side at a large PLC, and credits his ability to focus on what is important to his clients and ‘can do’ attitude to his experience of working in business.

Providing advice in relation to all aspects of Commercial Property, Martin has significant experience of working across several different sectors, including automotive, transportation, retail, hospitality, leisure, agriculture and construction.  He prides himself on being approachable and providing an efficient, quality service to his clients, who have ranged from landowners to developers, tenants, landlords and financial institutions to owner managed businesses, national and international businesses.

Martin’s areas of expertise are:

• Sales, purchases and remortgages of freehold and leasehold property.
• Land development.
• Landlord and tenant – the grant, renewal, disposal and management of lease portfolios (including licences to alter, licences to assign, licences to underlet, rent deposit deeds and deeds of variation).
• Complex transactions, including options, overage, pre-emption and promotion agreements.
