Emma Rowe joins Nexa

I am a property solicitor with extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate.  My time as Managing Partner of a multi-office law firm helped me to understand my client’s business needs to a greater extent enabling me to provide legal advice on a commercial and pragmatic basis.

My Qualifications and Experience

My career in property law began in 1996 and I qualified as a solicitor in 2004.  Throughout my career I have dealt with a wide range of property related matters including commercial freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.

I advise both landlords and tenants in relation to the grant, renewal, surrender and assignment of leases and cover everything from a two year lease of a high street shop to a long-term acquisition of a factory or office premises in a city.

I frequently advise on the sale and purchase of businesses as a going concern and any property element.

I have a loyal client following and enjoy getting to know and working closely with my clients to ensure the advice given is tailored to their needs.
