Introducing Daniel to nexa law

We are very pleased to welcome Daniel Wong to our team of consultant solicitors.

Daniel is a solicitor who qualified in 2003. He specialises in both residential and commercial property including contentious property issues.

He has experience in all aspects of residential property transactions acting for all types of sellers and buyers including first time buyers, homeowners and investors in both freehold and leasehold transactions. He also advises on properties being sold at auction for both sellers and buyers.

Daniel also acts for clients in all types of commercial properties such as educational establishments, offices and restaurants including commercial lease transactions for landlords and tenants.

Daniel’s other areas of work include; property litigation such as rent reviews, lease renewals, dilapidations, business contracts, immigration, non-contentious family matters and general litigation.
