Emma Bagshaw is an employment solicitor who has two decades of experience in advising businesses on employment law and compliance matters. Emma’s particular expertise is in helping organisations with their right to work issues; ensuring compliance with Home Office requirements and the Immigration Rules. Emma also advises on special HR projects and delivers training on all employment law aspects.
Since the introduction of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, Emma has been advising businesses on their requirements to report on their activities and prevent modern slavery. She has had her training work in this area endorsed by the Police.
