Julia is a qualified solicitor who has been practising since 1997. She spent almost 7 years as legal manager of one of the biggest conveyancing companies in the UK and has experience of a wide range of property transactions, particularly resolving issues with problem titles.

Since 2015 Julia has worked as a Consultant solicitor specialising in:

  • Transfers of equity

• Equity release mortgages
• Splitting titles

Julia has dealt with property across most of England and Wales and has dealt extensively with Bristol property over the last few years. Julia believes that communication is key when it comes to customer service and offers a clear and friendly approach to the conveyancing process.
