Lee was called to the Bar in the UK and Gibraltar, with twenty plus years in the real estate industry.

Lee specialises in providing practical corporate and tax law advice, in the context of commercial real estate, including complex multi-jurisdictional JV agreements, SPA’s, used in hotel sales and acquisitions, franchise agreements and structuring overseas investments in UK development and investment assets.
