With over 20 years of experience in the corporate, commercial and property sector, Nadeem is readily available to assist in all areas of commercial and corporate law, ranging from mergers and acquisitions, raising finance, to shareholders and joint venture agreements, as well as advising start-ups on seed and Series A funding rounds.
