Introducing Nassar Khalil to nexa law

We would like to introduce Nassar Khalil, who we are very pleased to have recently welcomed to our Nexa team.

Nassar qualified as a solicitor in 1995.  He has extensive experience in a general high street environment. He works in several areas of law and has an excellent working relationship with his clients.

Nassar has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious work including family, financial relief, crime and property.

In recent years he has acted for many clients suspected of being involved in the sale of illegal tobacco.  He is committed to providing a high-level, client-focused, and highly personal service, developing a top-level strategy to ensure the best possible outcome for you. He has access to specialist barristers and Queens Counsel where necessary.  He offers his clients an exceptionally strategic approach from the earliest stage of any investigation and is excellently placed to lead your defence should your case proceed to court.  Tobacco offences include the importation of illicit tobacco, that is without the required duty being paid, or the production and sale of counterfeit tobacco products. In many cases, those responsible have ties to organised crime and, as such, authorities will take a vigorous approach to undermining the sale of these goods. Those convicted of these offences can expect to receive substantial fines and, in serious cases, custodial sentences. Nassar will work tirelessly on your behalf to ensure the protection of your personal position and your reputation.
