Look beyond hybrid working to what consultancy can offer you

According to recent media reports, travelling to work only Tuesday to Thursday is the new, post-lockdown, normal. The City of London and other city centres are reported to be extremely quiet on  Fridays, with suburban high streets benefiting from spending by those working from home or elsewhere on a Monday and Friday. Another new working trend identified is employers allowing staff to work abroad for so many weeks of the year (although this can be limited because of tax considerations.)

Remote working is our default

At Nexa, we embraced the flexibility offered by technology from the very start; remote working is our default.

We have never required our consultants to work from a particular location – although we do provide dedicated spaces for them to meet clients and colleagues, and to work in if they want to, through our partnership with WeWork.

Consultants have total flexibility

Our consultants are free to look after their clients however suits them best, from home, from the office or from the beach – we don’t place any restrictions on them, it really is their choice. Where our consultants want to work usually changes throughout the year and according to circumstances, they have total flexibility.

On top of this, our consultants aren’t subject to any time or billing targets so when they work is also a matter for them – as much or as little as they want. We don’t ask for exclusivity when you sign up to Nexa’s platform, giving you plenty of time to explore other avenues, pursue your hobbies or spend more time with the family, if you want to.
