nexa completes sale of West-Midlands furniture business

Nexa supported longstanding client Alan Ward through the sale of its furniture business to Cousins. Alan Ward was established in Shrewsbury in 1970 and the deal sees its flagship store in the town sold to Cousins Furniture, another West Midlands based family-run furniture retailer. The transaction was supported by a multi-disciplinary team at nexa including Jon Percy, Rob Young, Caroline Gumbrell and Matthew Dunne.
