Nexa launches Your CoSec using KUDOCS cutting edge legal tech

We are excited to announce the launch of Nexa’s new company secretarial service Your CoSec. Offering great value for companies of all sizes, we are delighted to be partnering with KUDOCS to deliver an exceptionally efficient, safe and modern solution to the traditional problem of corporate administration.

What is KUDOCS?

KUDOCS is a new type of software designed for lawyers, by lawyers which gives it a very practical edge. The cloud-based system gives users unparalleled access to and control over corporate information. It’s connected to Companies House to enable live e-filing and updates and can automate certain basic transactions such as share issues and buy backs.

Why do companies need a new type of company secretarial service?

Let’s be honest, no one really relishes doing the paperwork! All too often, companies discover that their company books are not in good order – and may be haven’t been for years – when they are gearing up for an important transaction.

Perhaps they are trying to secure some new funding or preparing for an IPO and investors are casting a fine-tooth comb over the paperwork. How much will it cost?

Different companies will have different requirements and we are happy to provide a bespoke, no-obligation quotation for specific services on request. However, as a guide, for the basic package of company filings and routine administration we anticipate a range of between £700 – £900 plus VAT per year – depending upon the size and type of company.
