Nexa looks ahead to 2024 – continuing to attract the very best legal sector talent

2023 has been a great year for Nexa.  It’s hard to believe that this is only our sixth year, and we’re very excited about continuing our significant progress in the consultant lawyer sector as we move into 2024.

The last twelve months for Nexa has seen continued success, welcoming onboard a wave of new consultant lawyers, bringing the total on the platform to 150, whilst also expanding the internal management and support team making it a 15-strong workforce – all of whom add further depth and strength within the firm.

In June 2023, Nexa held an ESG event at His Majesty’s Prison in Styal, Cheshire. The event, which was a collaboration with The Click Charity, an organisation which aims to reduce re-offending and The Standing Tall Foundation, a charity which promotes physical and mental wellbeing, was open to the local legal sector community. It involved a free lunch which included a panel of guest speakers discussing why ESG is critical to the success of the legal industry.

We are delighted that we’re continuing to attract the very best talent in the legal sector, all of whom are providing exceptional services to their clients.

Nexa will be continuing our commitment to providing top-tier legal services, as well as the best technology and marketing platforms to deliver them. The Nexa management team are looking ahead to 2024 charged with taking Nexa into its next phase of growth and developing the exceptional offering to the consultants on Nexa’s platform, and their clients. We’ll be focusing on improving on the already excellent service provided to our consultant solicitors with new initiatives in training, support, and networking.  Our investment in the very best technology will continue at pace. Nexa will also be looking at new areas to support our lawyers in marketing activities, events, and helping them to build their own personal brand.  We’re confident that our continued approach to support our lawyers where and when they need it will help us grow our already exceptional pool of talent even further in the year ahead.

With much to celebrate and build upon from the year just past, Nexa is looking firmly forward to 2024, poised for a year of growth and innovation.   All that remains is for us to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, and a happy, healthy and prosperous new year!
