nexa proudly supports Linked Solutions acquisition of Penzance Dry Dock operator

nexa client Linked Solutions are the new owners of Penzance Dry Dock (2009) Limited the company that operates Penzance Dry Dock.

The historic dock, which is Europe’s oldest working dry dock, has offered engineering services to vessels of all sizes since 1834. The acquisition has saved the dry dock from closure and all current employees will retain their jobs.

The nexa team was led by Heidi Morgan with Melanie Harrison supporting the commercial property aspects of the deal and Jennifer Andrews providing employment advice.
