Private Client Partner James Winfield Joins Nexa

Nexa is delighted to welcome Partner James Winfield, a Private Client Solicitor with over 19 years’ experience.

Specialising in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration (probates and intestacies), Trusts, Court of Protection matters (Enduring Power of Attorney registrations and Deputyships) and inheritance tax planning, James also has extensive experience of acting as a professional Executor, Trustee and Attorney.  He advises a diverse range of clients including business owners, individuals, families, and high net-worth individuals.

A full member of the Society of Trusts & Estates Practitioners (STEP) and The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (previously SFE – Solicitors for the Elderly), James is approachable, pro-active and pragmatic, providing tailored advice and solutions to meet the needs of the individual.
