Welcoming Clare to nexa law

We are very pleased to welcome Clare to our team of consultant solicitors at nexa law.

Clare is an experienced solicitor who qualified in 2002. She has previously worked in-house with HSBC Holdings plc and Electronic Arts Limited, and has private practice experience too.

Clare’s in-house experience gives her an excellent commercial approach to advising businesses on how to deal with their commercial legal matters.  She also has a Diploma in Intellectual Property law and acts for clients on a range of intellectual property matters ranging from trademark issues right through to complex publishing agreements.

Clare also has extensive experience in drafting and advising on general commercial agreements, GDPR and data protection issues, e-commerce and online issues, IT contracts and media/marketing agreements and issues.  Her ‘can do’ and pragmatic approach is appreciated by her commercial clients.

Clare loves travelling and exploring new places, going on forest adventures with her young family, practising pilates and singing in her local choir.
