Welcoming Fraser McGee to nexa law

We are very pleased to have recently welcomed Fraser McGee to our team of experienced Consultant Solicitors at nexa law.

Fraser is a corporate finance solicitor with over 20 years of experience of advising clients across a diverse range of industry sectors in completing a wide variety of private and publicly funded corporate transactions (on and off shore) whilst working from large City private practice law firms, international investment banks and hedge funds.

After working as a corporate finance specialist with SJ Berwin and Nabarro through dramatic economic cycles Fraser left private practice to join the Distressed Assets trading desk at Deutsche Bank before moving to the active hedge fund group, RAB Capital where he advised the Special Situations, Energy, Technology and Emerging Markets funds (growing assets from $10m to $7.3bn). Fraser subsequently went on to become the CEO of a London quoted public natural resources focused company before setting up his own GC consultancy business and working as an offshore lawyer (BVI and Cayman Islands).

Fraser is a Prince2 Practitioner in Project Management and has also spent time engaged in the ‘not for profit’ space as a regional director (Eastern Europe & Middle East) for an Australian FO’s private foundation working to end all forms of modern day slavery around the world.

In his spare time Fraser enjoys reading, playing squash, golf and travelling.
