Welcoming Heidi Morgan to nexa law

We are very pleased to welcome Heidi Morgan to our team of experienced consultant lawyers. 

Heidi qualified as a barrister and solicitor in Australia in 1999 before migrating to London where she worked as a corporate lawyer at DAC Beachcroft, Ashurst and Forsters LLP.

Some of Heidi’s prominent clients have included HBOS, Cinven, Veronis Suhler Stevenson, and Vivendi Group.

Areas of work include private equity, AIM flotations, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, company law and commercial contracts.

While a student, Heidi spent time studying at the Sorbonne and she continues to spend much of her free time in Paris.
