We are very pleased to welcome Jon Percy to our group of experienced consultant lawyers. 

Jon is an experienced corporate and in-house lawyer with broad commercial experience across a range of businesses.

Jon’s specialism is advising on corporate matters (including investment, business and share acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings), Jon also has over seven years of experience as an in-house lawyer, assisting businesses on a wide range of commercial and legal matters as a trusted advisor.
