Welcoming Moneeb Majid to Nexa

Moneeb, has a wide range of experience in the following practice areas:

• Litigation relating to property, financial matters/products and commercial matters; and
• Advice regarding managing personal and business assets (including properties, companies; etc), lifetime planning, business restructuring, mortgages, pensions & life assurance, wills & probate and insolvency
• The legal impact of Brexit on areas such as Data Protection, Employment and Immigration.

Moneeb has experience of working in private practice and in house at companies such as Diligenta Limited, which is a UK based FCA regulated subsidiary of TATA Consultancy Services Limited, which specialises in the administration of pension and life assurance products for providers of the same.

However, this position also gave him experience on the impact of Brexit on his employer, in terms of their data protection agreement with its partners, employment and immigration matters.

Prior to this Moneeb’s experience mainly consisted of work in private practice concerning Mortgage Repossession Litigation and Insolvency Litigation.

Moneeb has also worked as an in-house solicitor for a property letting business, Monarch Peterborough Property Management, where he has developed his experience of business restructuring and property matters.

As a result of this wide and in-depth experience, Moneeb is able to give tailored, cost effective and practical advice to clients, to suit their needs and objectives.
