A year of new faces at Nexa

In the last 12 months we have been delighted to welcome over 25 new consultants to Nexa.
Our new recruits have enriched our diverse community of self-employed solicitors and bring a range of specialisms, skills and experiences with them.

When we’re considering a new solicitor or team of solicitors joining us, we focus on their personal qualities, ambitions and expectations rather than their work type, client profile or previous firm. And this is why our latest consultants come from such a diverse group including Freshfields, Rolls Royce, Knights and, for some, their own sole practitioner businesses.

We look forward to continuing to welcome more new faces to Nexa in the coming 12 months as we enhance our offering to our consultants even further.

What’s the attraction?

Working at home, from many locations across the UK, and even for some, around the globe, our consultants enjoy the freedom and flexibility of being their own boss, working with their clients, in the way they want.

If you want to work with others, supportive colleagues are just a phone call, text or email away and there are plenty of opportunities to increase your earnings through referrals and freelance work with NexaConnex (our freelance lawyer service for law firms), thanks to our market-leading fee shares.

Nexa’s friction-free approach means there are no time or billing targets, no partnership politics and we take care of all the insurance, administration and regulation – what’s not to like?
