Happy International Women’s Day 2023
Today is International Women’s Day (IWD); a day recognised around the world, to celebrate women’s achievements, raise awareness about discrimination and drive gender parity.
This year, the IWD campaign theme is #EmbraceEquity which aims to get the world talking about Why equal opportunities aren’t enough. People start from different places, so true inclusion and belonging require equitable action.

We believe that women’s equality isn’t just “a women’s issue” – it’s everyone’s responsibility. At Nexa we are proud to support women in law, through our collaborations with 2to3 days and other organisations and our inclusive and positive working culture.
